Our mobile processing unit comes with everything you need to process your birds. From the large items, like the scalder and plucker, to the small items that make the job easier. Everything you need comes in a 6’ x 12’ enclosed trailer for easy pickup and drop off.

Rental Fee - $200/day or $350/weekend

Sanitizing Fee - $75 - After every rental the equipment the trailer is disassembled and every piece of equipment is sanitized. This ensures every customer receives clean processing equipment.

Delivery - Is available at $3.00/mile. Minimum of $25.00

Kill Stand with 8 Cones

  • Blood is caught in the high density, UV-resistant, molded plastic trough below

Scalder

The goal: No pin feathers. Period. This only happens with a perfect scald. The Featherman stainless scalder holds a constant water temperature to help you achieve that perfect scald. Made of 16 gauge stainless steel with a 100,000 BTU propane burner, temperature control within a 5-degree range, and sized to scald 4 chickens at a time. Works well for turkeys too!

Plucker

Simply scald chickens, then drop 4 or 5 birds into the tub and in 20-30 seconds or less, the birds will be picked clean. No pin feathers, no backache. Simple to use & easy to clean.
